What is the recommended dosage for MSM?

For horses and ponies, an ongoing dosage of approximately 2 grams of MSM per 100 kg of body weight. However, for horses engaged in strenuous activities or hard work, a higher dosage of 6 grams of MSM per 100kg of body weight can be used.
